It is the ideal place for a relaxant walk, by foot or by bicycle and to enjoy some enchanting panorama the city offers with its 100 churches, its bell tower, its monuments and its fine accommodation in hotel.

The apartments in our accommodation hotel in Lucca got their name from the famous Operas of "Giacomo Puccini", well known and appreciated worldwide italian composer. There are five mini flats, two studio apartments and three two-room apartments with or without loft, completely and finely furnished, equipped with every comfort to satisfy the most demanding customers. To book your accommodation in hotel Lucca, just send us an e-mail (info@anticaresidenzadelgallo.it) or call (0039 0583 491450) specifying dates of arrival and departure, number of people, rooms or apartments favourites and your telephone number(s). Once we have verified the room availability, you will receive a written confirmation with the indication about services, prices and and payment conditions. After the deposit payment, you must send us a copy of the receipt via fax, only then the reservation you made will be valid in all respects.

Please note: For last minute bookings, we need you to provide a valid credit card number. Rates are per room/apartment and they include taxes and service.

• The balance of your stay must be paid upon arrival
• On reservation is required you to pay a deposit
• The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or money order online
• For 1-night stays, the deposit will be equival to the total amount
• Check-in from 3pm to 8pm - Check-out within 11am
• For cancellation up to 21 days from the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied
• For cancellation from 20 days onwards, the deposit will be fully retained
• In case of No-Show, the deposit will be fully retained
• In case of No-Show for last minute bookings, you will be charged with 1 night on credit card
• Service breakfast in this hotel is unavailable
• Cradle/third bed can be added for 30.00 Euros
• For reservations less than 6 days, cleanings and change of linen are provided on arriving and departing
• For stays from 7 days up, cleanings and change of linen are provided weekly

The famous "Duomo of Lucca" and "Piazza San Martino" are just few steps away, while by the residence windows you can admire the ancient church of "San Giovanni", an archaeological place of interest; The city occasionally hosts events and concerts in honor of the famous musician "Giacomo Puccini". Near the residence you also find the museum dedicated to "Leonardo Da Vinci"; The "Museo Cattedrale"; "Torre Guinigi"; the famous "Piazza Dell'Anfiteatro"; The "Museo della Zecca"; "L'Orologio Delle Ore" and many other historical sites of Lucca. Lucca Highway - distance from the residence approximately 1500 m

Route 1 - Arrival few meters away from our residence (not pedestrian zone)
Coming from A11 and A12 highways - exit Lucca East, continue toward the city center of Lucca by entering "Porta San Pietro" observing the forced direction and park your car in Corso Garibaldi. The residence is located at a distance of 3 minutes on foot.

Route 2 - Arrival in front of the residence hotel (pedestrian zone)
Coming from A11 A11 highway - exit Lucca East, reach "Viale Europa", overcome the traffic lights and turn right at the traffic island, go across the ring road until you reach "Porta Elisa", enter it, go straight until you come to "Porta San Gervasio", then turn left and continue to "Via Dei Fossi" for about 600 m - then turn right and drive "Via Della Rosa", continue until "Piazza Santa Maria" (also known as the "Piazza della Colonna Mozza"); turn left and continue straight up to "Piazza Bernardini". Cross the square and turn left to Via Del Gallo center of Lucca, the residence is situated at number 25.

Railway station Lucca - distance from the residence approximately 500 m
Stop "Lucca Center". Leaving the railway station, cross the square towards the walls, entering the city from the walkway and reach Piazza del Duomo, so you get Via Del Battistero. Our residence is at just 30 metres.

Public Transport (Lazzi - Clap)
The Buses (Lazzi - Clap) coming from Pisa, Florence, Viareggio, Montecatini, etc. stop in Lucca at the railway station. The residence is at 500 meters.

Pisa Airport (20 km away) / Florence (70 km away)
By car, at the airport, follow indications on the A11 and A12 highways to Lucca; reach the railway stations stopping at Stop "Lucca Center". Leaving the railway station, cross the square towards the walls, entering the city from the walkway and reach Piazza del Duomo, so you get Via Del Battistero. Our residence is at just 30 metres.
